What is an acceptable salary for a fashion designer who is looking for a job out of college ?

I have a younger sibling who just finished college with a degree in fashion. She went to a company who offered her an interesting salary package – $24,000 base salary and 2.5 % of the wholesale volume generated by her designs. That means that if the company wholesales $2 million based on her designs, she makes $50,000. Does this sound fair ? The company IS a high volume wholesaler. I know most companies have a lot of expenses but I have no idea what a fair wage is for a fashion designer. HELP ?

What would i need for a celebrity style emergency beauty and fashion kit?

I am a 14, soon to be 15 year old girl and want to know what i can put in a emergency beauty and fashion kit. I want it to be a celebrity style, meaning i want it to be stuff that will make me look sort of like a celebrity but still be appropriate for school. I don’t want anything really expensive, and i don’t want anything really cheap either. I also don’t want the kit to be too big or too small. Please help.

I am starting a fashion show planning agency and I am putting together my first fashion show. I need creative themes and ideas to assist in my planning. I want it to be sort of high end, yet trendy and attainable to the general public as they will be able to purchase or put in orders for items after the show.
